MILLBROOK CUSTOM HOME
This custom-built 3,000 square foot home was a joy to build from start to finish, with some unique character and design features. From the street, the house looks like a modest bungalow, but from the rear you can see it’s a spacious three-storey home, a feature made possible due to the slope of the lot.
We used an Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) foundation, a high-performance energy-saving building method that provides better insulation than a traditional foundation.
